In this journey of experience, we offer work placement opportunities through the ‘Start Up’ and ‘Move Up’ programmes, and we also attract our potential human resources.

Taking the first step towards building a successful future together

With the energy and vision of young professionals, we are building the success of the present and the future together. We offer new graduates the opportunity to gain experience and develop in the areas where they want to build their careers. Through regular projects, we support their development in their areas of interest and give them the opportunity to meet colleagues with high potential for our organisation. We celebrate the work placement experience of the young talents who, at the end of the programme, present their completed projects in the form of a presentation summarising the process they have undergone over at least four months. Young people who have completed their journey and are ready for success are offered the chance to take part in a number of exciting positions offered by our organisation.

Yorglass Academy

At Yorglass, one of our main goals is to develop human resources in line with our values and to support the development of our employees. Thanks to the Yorglass Academy, we contribute to the learning process, goals and achievements of our employees at all levels. We carefully follow this programme together to improve their knowledge and skills, in addition to their technical and personal development, and most importantly, to create a change in behaviour. This programme is divided into five main categories: ‘leader,’ ‘engineer,’ ‘specialist,’ ‘sales’ and ‘field leader academy.’

After training, we provide our employees with an environment where they can build on what they have learned through action plans, application areas and project work. This programme aims to improve the skills of our employees and offers innovative approaches to make the learning process more enjoyable.

At Yorglass we use OKRs as a strategy tool to guide projects and work that will have a significant impact and change. With this approach, we aim to clearly define the organisation’s goals and identify the steps needed to achieve them. When forming OKR teams, we ensure that employees from all levels are involved in the goals set and that we serve our cause of being a global and reliable supplier with flexible teams that nurture each other and are partners in the strategy.
