As Yorglass, we are looking for a teammate/friends to work as a Sales Manager in the Ataşehir located in General Center.

What are the Required Qualifications?

• Bachelor's degree
• Minumum 6 years experience in similar roles in B2B production industry, team manager and key account management,
• Good communication and negotiation skills,
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• Able to use MS office programs,
• Excellent teamwork, leadership skills,
• Systematic and analytical thinking skills,
• No obstacle to travel,

What awaits you in this role?

Achieves sales target, commercial conditions and follows sales agreement of dedicated key customer

Makes one-on-one customer visit. Follows the customer’s inside and outside, brings the first-hand information to company.

Executes the specific strategies decided for key customer

Follows the customer and its market continuously, prepares monthly sales comparison by product range, price, turnover

Follows complete RFQ process and build up sales strategy

Makes continuous follow-up of competition by price, product, turnover

Responsible with the continuous development of direct reporting key account specialist
